Architecture sprint terms.
These terms cover the fixed $2,000 USD architecture sprint only. A teardown is free and creates no obligation. An implementation SOW or retainer is a separate contract.
Who
Databeansai Technology Pvt Ltd, CIN U62013KA2023PTC180067, Bengaluru, India (“we”). You are the company that books the sprint.
Price and payment
The sprint is $2,000 USD, excluding tax. Half is due before kickoff and half when we send the report. If we cannot start because you cannot share the schemas or a person who knows the system, we refund the amount not yet earned.
Invoices
We email an invoice in US dollars. The first half is due before kickoff and the second half is due when we send the report. The invoice names the payment method and the due date. The $2,000 USD fee excludes tax. Where GST or another tax applies, it is a separate line on the invoice and is not inside the fixed fee.
What you get
A written report, a 90-day backlog and a live readout, within two weeks of kickoff. If nothing is in production yet, the report scopes the first system to build instead of auditing a stack you do not have. If the honest conclusion is that you do not need us, you still keep the report.
Intellectual property
You own your data, schemas and the written report. We keep our pre-existing playbooks and tools. We do not reuse your confidential material in another engagement.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the sprint. A mutual NDA can be signed before any schema is shared. The teardown and most of the sprint do not need production access.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
