What we do with your data.

Short version: we store what you type into our two forms, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it.

Booking and enquiry form

We store the name, email, company, stack description and message you submit, plus the time of submission. It is used to respond to your request and to keep a record of the conversation. It is not added to the newsletter unless you subscribe separately.

Subscribing is double opt-in: we store your address with a pending status and email you a single confirmation link. Nothing else is sent until you click it. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our own database on infrastructure we operate. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, analytics pixels or session recording on this site.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain only the fact of the unsubscribe so we do not email you again. Email support@databeansai.com to request deletion of anything we hold about you.

Third parties

Outbound email is sent through an SMTP provider. Web fonts are served from an external CDN. Nothing else on this page calls a third party.
